Taco Seasoning

Taco Seasoning Mix

1 tablespoon dried onion

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon oregano

Combine all ingredients. Use in place of one package of taco seasoning.

To make tacos, combine above mix with 1/2 cup water and 1 pound browned ground beef. Simmer until thick enough.
