An Argentinian Treat

Empanadas!
Brad made empanads for us the other day. He didn't have a recipe and I wasn't there to watch him put it together. Fortunately, a couple of weeks later, a friend gave me a recipe. But here are the pictures of Brad's yummy treat.

The filling: ground beef, onions, cooked potato chunks, hard-boiled eggs and ???

The dough ball.

He did this without a rolling pin or a cookie cutter!

Plop in some filling.

Fold it over and pinch.

Twist a fancy edging.

Make them all before cooking.

Fry them a few seconds on one side.

Flip and fry on the other.

Drain on paper towels and eat while still warm.
