Here's what we decided on for a low-calorie, special occasion, birthday dinner main dish. How's that for an introduction!
Heat a bit of olive oil in a frying pan, and throw in some minced garlic. Then toss in some raw, peeled shrimp. (This time I left the tails on - just so it would look a bit prettier - but normally I remove the whole peel.)
Stir until the shrimp is pink, then drizzle with some lemon juice and parsley.
That's it!
