Freezer Cooking
For years I've tried to keep my freezer stocked so that the daily chore of fixing dinner is easier and less stressful. It really does work. However, when I decided recently that I wanted to do some freezer meals and searched my blog for ideas, there weren't any! So, here are some ideas for the future.

Found another note - Bisquick Pie - In a freezer-safe pie plate or baking dish, combine 1 2/3 cup mixed vegetables, 1 cup cooked chicken, and 1 cup cream of chicken soup or gravy. Mix together 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, and 1 cup biscuit mix and pour over the chicken and vegetables. Cover and freeze. Thaw and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4. (We tried this in July 2003 and liked it.)
