Spaghetti Sauce with Pinto Beans


I figured I should document that this experiment did not result in something we want to try again. Basically I turned our pinto bean mash into a sauce by blending it with a can of diced tomatoes, then added our regular spaghetti seasoning and some cooked hamburger. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't taste very Italian and didn't go very well with pasta. I need to stick to Mexican flavors with these beans.
