Rabbit Pot Pie
and Chicken Pot Pie, and Beef Pot Pie, and . . .
We tried one version of Rabbit Pot Pie a few weeks ago, and I mentioned that we’d be trying it again someday. That day has happened. This time around though, instead of making a giant biscuit crust, we made individual biscuits. That’s a lot easier to do!!
It was still pretty dry, so I was grateful we had some leftover turkey gravy in the fridge. Adding that made it quite delicious.
Next time (because we’re going to try it again with different types of meat) we’ll increase the amount of vegetables and liquid as well. It’s a good thing we like meat pies!
