Dutch Oven Fish Fillets

Tonight we finished the last version on our list of fish to try Dutch oven style, and we think it was the best yet! What's your favorite type?

Sole:

Catfish:

Cod:

Salmon:

Halibut:

All of these varieties were delicious, although the catfish and cod were a bit "mushy" and this wasn't my favorite way to serve salmon, but the halibut (a dense fish) and the orange roughy (a light and delicate one) were our favorite.
