Homemade Hot Pockets

I'm not a fan of hot pockets in general, but I am open to trying something new, so this was on the menu today, and it turned out well.

Basically, roll out some pie crust, top with desired fillings (pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, cheese), fold over and crimp edges, brush with an egg wash and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

I think I prefer calzones made with pizza dough, but Wayne likes the flaky crust of these (although he would have preferred more yummy stuff inside), so some day we may make these again.
