Columbia Shrimp Supreme

We're definitely enjoying the "Seafood" section of this cookbook. Don't these shrimp look scrumptious? They were!

This recipe is pictured below, but basically wrap a piece of bacon around jumbo, marinated shrimp, dip in an egg wash, (1/4 cup milk to one egg), then dip in seasoned flour and deep fry until cooked through.

We decided this would be a good batter for fried chicken also.
