Special Chicken Dinners

As a college student, when we wanted to have a special dinner, most of the time my roommates and I would fix Chicken Tropical. However, occasionally we would serve one of these chicken dishes as well - Chicken Cordon Bleu (chicken breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese), Chicken Kiev (a pat of butter in the center of rolled chicken breast), or Chicken Livermore (chicken served with a creamy mushroom sauce).
