Chunky Kielbasa Pasta

This was a great alternative to our regular spaghetti sauce, and we'll have it again someday. I particularly liked the addition of shredded carrots and sun-dried tomatoes.

Saute sliced kielbasa with chopped onions, red peppers, celery, shredded carrots and minced garlic. Stir in a can of diced tomatoes, along with about 3 tablespoons each of tomato paste and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and basil. Serve over spaghetti (or mix with penne - or any other cooked pasta) and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Note that this sauce freezes very well.
