Mint Thins
I've made these simple "cookies and/or candy" in the past, and they're really quite simple and delicious. This particular version of the recipe from Taste of Home looks quite festive. Maybe we'll make them again this holiday season.
Mint Thins
- 10 oz. package of Andes mint chips (or candy pieces)
- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 candy canes, crushed
Melt mint chocolate. Dip crackers and let excess run off. Place on wax-paper lined baking sheet and chill for 10 minutes.
Melt white chocolate. Drizzle over crackers and top with crushed candy. Chill for 5 minutes or until set. Store in covered container.
