Orange Streusel Coffeecake

 

We rarely use our tube pan, so it's quite unusual we used it twice in one week, but we did. (The first time was Monkey Bread.) Timcoffee for another Bake Sale Cookbook recipe.

This wasn't my favorite coffeecake, but it's passable, so having it twice won't be too much trouble. We used orange marmalade and coconut for the first version, and apple jelly and no coconut for the second. I quite liked the chocolate streusel layer, and was disappointed that most of the top streusel layer stuck in the pan.
