Bitter Pumpkin Soup

 

Wayne read this magazine article and, knowing we had some pumpkin in the freezer, suggested we try the recipes. I'll get to the pumpkin bread later, although it looks like a regular, normal recipe for that item, but we did try the soup this week. It was a nice experiment, but we prefer our curry seasoning over the cumin and ginger. It's always nice to verify that our "tried and true" family favorites retain that status!
