Nutella Brownies

This looked like such an intriguing recipe that when I came across it, I saved it, and made a note to try it sometime. That day finally came.

Nutella Brownies

  • 1 1/4 cups Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
Combine all ingredients. Spread in an 8x8" baking pan. Bake at 350° for 28 minutes.



Isn't that simple? My 13 ounce jar was just under 1 1/4 cups, but it's all I had, so that's what I used. The edges were a bit hard. I'm not sure if that's because my Pam spray "fried" the brownie, or if it cooked too long. I guess that means we'll have to try these again. The brownie squares from the middle of the pan were scrumptious!
