Cuban Fried Rice

 

What makes fried rice Cuban? I'm not quite sure. Maybe it's sauteing the garlic in oil before adding the rice. Otherwise, this recipe is similar to any other fried rice recipe I've tried, which means it was quite delicious. And we did serve it with fried plantains!
