Clam Dip
Clam Dip
- 8-ounce package whipped cream cheese spread, softened
- 6-ounce can chopped clams, drained
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
Combine all ingredients. Serve with chips or crackers.
This week's new recipe came from our Dutch Oven Cookbook, although it didn't use the Dutch oven. We're in the "extras" chapter of the book. This is actually a nice dip. Can you tell which movie we watched while eating this yummy snack?
It's a bit easier to spread on crackers than to scoop with chips, but either way works.
