Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes
Since I opened a carton of buttermilk to use in our oven-fried chicken tenders for dinner and I was also planning on having mashed potatoes, we decided to give buttermilk mashed potatoes a try. Basically, just use buttermilk instead of regular milk when mashing cooked potatoes. I added some butter as well and then sprinkled in some chives and parsley. They were a delicious accompaniment to our chicken.
