Melt some bacon grease in a frying pan and sauté a bit of onion and garlic, and then some fresh green beans. I tossed in some sliced mushrooms diced roasted red pepper as well. Add about 1/2 cup chicken broth and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
The idea for this came from Pioneer Woman. It was a great use of the green beans we picked up at the grocery store last week.
