Buffalo Turkey Roll-Ups
Technically this should be made with chicken, but we have cooked turkey in the refrigerator, so I’m using that. We also have an opened package of cream cheese, with only two ounces left, so I divided the recipe by four. That way if we don’t like it, there won’t be a lot going to waste. However, I’m going to assume that we do like it (we did – it has a nice kick without being too spicy), so here’s the full recipe, which I adapted from here.
Buffalo Turkey Roll-Ups
- 4 large tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chopped turkey (or chicken)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce (used Frank’s hot sauce)
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning*
Combine everything but the tortillas, then spread mixture over the tortillas. Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30-60 minutes. Slice into 1″ pieces.
* To make your own, combine the following:
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
