Chicken Salad

Creamy Chicken Salad

2 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
3-4 tablespoons honey, optional
salt to taste
poppy seeds for garnish

Combine all ingredients and serve.

Variation: substitute craisins and chopped pecans for the almonds.
