Pumpkin Whip

Here's a quick, easy, and fun fall dessert:

Pumpkin Whip

1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups light cool whip

Combine pudding and milk. (Can use cooked pudding if desired; prepare as package directs.) Fold in pumpkin, spice and cool whip. Spoon into individual dessert bowls. Serves 6 (about 135 calories per serving).
