Broccoli Salad

Chinese-Style Broccoli Salad

2 heads broccoli, separated into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1-2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli; cook 1-2 minutes. Plunge into cold water and drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli and toss. Serve warm or cold.
Note: As you can tell from the picture, I decided to add some sliced mushrooms.
