Spiced Nuts

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds), optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (fresh would be great as well)
Combine all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
