Spiced Nuts
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds), optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (fresh would be great as well)
Combine all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
