Dutch Oven Burgers

We're making our way through the next section in the Dutch Oven Cook Book, one with various types of sandwiches. We've enjoyed a couple of variations of Sloppy Joes, then a few Patty Melts

Next up was an open-faced burger - just cook a ground beef patty, place on a toasted bun half, and top with gravy. We added mushrooms to our gravy and dinner was delicious.

The next sandwich on the list was quite similar, but needed some leftover beef roast and gravy. Chop up the meat, stir in the gravy, heat in the Dutch oven (kind of overkill for just two people), and serve over toasted buns.
