Polynesian Chicken


The can of Golden Mushroom soup has been in the pantry for a while, and using the recipe on the can seemed like a great way to use it up. Unfortunately, I made that decision before going to the grocery store, so used chicken (which was in the freezer) instead of pork chops (which weren't). Either way, this is a fine, fairly normal, recipe, and I'm sure it will taste fine with pork as well, even if it isn't really "Polynesian-y" tasting.
