Beef Jerky

The marinade for the venison jerky worked just as well for beef jerky. Updating coals every 45 minutes instead of every hour seemed to work better, but we'll need more practice to know when the jerky is actually done. This batch seemed to be a bit on the too-dry side, but we'll still enjoy snacking on our homemade jerky.

For the record, we used a couple of eye-of-round roasts and sliced them into small pieces, then cooked some outside and some inside.
