Green Pea Hummus
We're not fans of hummus in this house, but the box of peas Wayne got as part of an Aisle 1 shopping trip had a recipe on it which we felt we should try. And then we brought home some rainbow carrots from another Aisle 1 experiment, so it was time to make the recipe. We're still not fans of hummus, but this is the best we've ever had.
Green Pea Hummus
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
