Biscoff Surprise

Going through some old pictures, I found some of our granddaughter's sandwich creation. As I recall, she shared this recipe with me when I mentioned my aunt introduced me to peanut butter and banana sandwiches. We called them Scabana Sandwiches; why, I don't know. Basically, spread peanut butter on two slices of bread and top one with sliced bananas. Now that I'm an adult, I realize sliced mushy bananas are really just banana "jam", but as a young girl the idea of bananas in a sandwich was a novelty.

I can't remember what Miss S called her sandwich, but I'm calling it Biscoff Surprise. Take a slice of bread and cut it in half.  Spread one side with peanut butter and the other with Biscoff and honey. Place the two halves together and serve. (Of course, if you have a larger appetite, you can use two slices of bread!) I wonder, does she still like these sandwiches, or have her taste buds matured?
