Chopped Italian Herbs

On the grocery store shelves after the tubes of paste herbs were little containers of chopped herbs. We first tried parsley, in all the usual ways, and then these Italian herbs. Our first use for these was to season simple summer squash and add to Inside Out Ravioli.

What else should we use it in?
