Ramen Noodle Bowls
Create a broth using chicken base, ginger, and garlic with your favorite seasonings. Throw in some grated carrots and chopped spinach for a few minutes. If you're just serving a few people who all like shrimp, add it to this pot; otherwise, cook it separately.
Cook the noodles and drain.
Pile the noodles in a bowl. Top with the broth and shrimp. Add a soft-boiled egg (peeled) if desired. Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
