Cranberry Roundup

For the past several years I've purchased fresh cranberries to decorate our Buche de Noel, then let the rest of the bag languish in the refrigerator or freezer. While looking for ways to use them up, I actually found lots of recipes that looked intriguing and delicious. If I remember this post, maybe this year we can use the cranberries while they're still fresh in December.
