Macaroni Casserole with a "Fancy" Name

1 pound ground beef, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 ounces can mushrooms, optional
8 ounces shell macaroni, cooked & drained
2-3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
grated cheese

Combine everything except the cheese in a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 300° for one hour. Serves 6.

Note #1: using Wheat/Meat from the freezer instead of the ground beef, onion, and green pepper makes this super quick to assemble.
Note #2: You don't have to use shell macaroni; any shape will work.
