Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Combine peanut butter and sugar, then mix in milk. Stir in cream and vanilla and chill for several hours. Pour into frozen bowl of ice cream maker and churn. Five minutes before it's finished, add the peanut butter cups.

Wayne says this is his favorite version of ice cream so far! 

We had the idea to add peanut butter powder to the regular vanilla ice cream. Maybe we'll try that sometime in the future.
