Portobello Mushrooms

This was a delicious recipe, and simple, too. Heat a little garlic-flavored olive oil in a saucepan, add some sliced onions and portobello mushrooms. Cook for several minutes, until softened and browned. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and top with grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese. Then serve immediately.

This was the second container of portobello mushrooms we bought from the grocery store this month; these came sliced. The first one was whole mushrooms. We used those in a stuffed mushroom recipe.

We have tried portobello mushrooms in the past. If we're smart, we won't wait another five years before buying them again.
